Apostle Deondrick G. Douglas
ANOINTED, BOLD, GOD-CENTERED and VISIONARY are all terms used to describe Pastor Deondrick G. Douglas. His passion for ministry, love for God’s people and sensitivity to the voice of God has allowed him to become an anointed preacher, prolific teacher, and a prophetic voice. Pastor Douglas is the proud husband of First Lady Kelli D. Douglas, M.A. and proud father of sons Jacob and Channing. Lady Douglas works diligently in the ministry and is the epitome of the “helpmate” God calls the Christian wife to be. Pastor Douglas accepted the Lord as his personal savior and heeded the call to ministry at an early age. In his preteens, he was Praise and Worship leader, youth minister, radio broadcast host, and served in other numerous capacities.
Having been reared and educated in Manatee County, Florida, Pastor Douglas furthered his education at Springfield College graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services. He then earned his Master of Arts in Counseling with an emphasis in School Guidance and Counseling from Webster University. He also holds a B.A. in Theology with plans to complete his Ph.D..
On September 5, 2004, God led Pastor back to Bradenton, Florida where he established Empowerment Christian Center. With a desire to create and lead a more kingdom minded culture he established Champions Life International Church located in Ruskin, Florida in November 2011 and has seen tremendous change in the lives of God’s people. Pastor Deon travels extensively as a keynote and conference speaker bringing a word of transformation, empowerment and victory to all who experience his ministry.

God has increased Apostle Douglas’ ministry to now include with Champion’s Life - Hispanic International Ministries, (H.I.M.), and Champion’s Preparatory Academy Zambia, Africa.

Lady Kelli D. Douglas
Gifted, profound and powerfully anointed are a few characteristics to describe Pastor Kelli D. Douglas. She is a woman born, preserved and equipped for such a time as this! Being raised in Bradenton, Florida, reared in the Manatee County School System and spiritually taught in St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, she was given a solid, sound and enriching upbringing by her parents and local community members in diverse settings.
Under their tutelage Kelli ascended to leadership and excelled among her peers
academically and otherwise. Even during those years, it was noticeable that she would grow to do great things in life. As a young lady her gifts and talents were impossible to ignore. She was extremely diverse as she played both the violin and basketball. She was skillfully athletic and starred as the point guard of the Southeast High School girls’ basketball team.
This talent paired with her academic achievements would lead her to receive a full scholarship to attend and play basketball at the University of Central Florida.
Lady Kelli is educationally astute, having earned several degrees including a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Florida, a Master of Science in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of South Florida and is currently completing her doctorate in Psychology at Argosy University. She is currently an educator with the School District of Manatee County serving the Exceptional Student population. She has plan to also pursue a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, on a journey to become a Nurse Anesthetist.
She is married to Pastor Deondrick G. Douglas, her husband of 19 years and they both travel nationally and internationally preaching and teaching the Word of God. Lady Kelli is a prolific teacher of the holy writ and flows in the Five-Fold Office of the Pastor/Teacher. In the ministry she serves full time as the Director of Youth and Children's Ministries at Champion’s Life International Church in Ruskin, Florida. They have two sons, Jacob Carrington and Channing Jovanni. She loves the Lord and is submitted to HIS perfect will for her life! She is spirit-filled, anointed and passionate about changing lives! She is a woman with a mission, a mantle and a mandate!
